Mae geri keage / oi zuki

  1. This is a short mae geri kick. 100% of emphasis is on knee pull up. The higher the knee comes the quicker the snap back will be for the kick. No need to focus on the kick itself. The oi zuki the snap comes upon shifting the hips from a shomen to hamme. Hand pulls back before landing.
